Hypospadias foundation is an initiative run by Dr A.K. Singal. Dr Arbinder Kumar Singal is a noted Pediatric Urologist and a Healthcare Entrepreneur based in Navi Mumbai, India. Besides winning academic laurels and professional excellence in medical specialties, Dr Singal has worked at various medical institutes in India/ USA and has been a visiting faculty at University of Minnesota, Boston Children’s (Harvard) and Ohio State University in USA.
His innovative surgeries and difficult cases have found a frequent mention in newspapers and telemedia. Dr Singal has more than 40 international publications, numerous presentations at American & European meetings and has been felicitated at various academic forums. Beyond involvement in direct patient care & medical education, Dr Singal has been proactive in designing medical equipment, developing treatment algorithms and establishing new methods of health care delivery.
Dr Singal has been instrumental in setting up MediAngels – an online medical consulting platform, MITR Hospital – a specialty urology and laparoscopy centre at Kharghar (mitrhospital.com), Navi Mumbai, Advanced Eye Hospital and Institute – AEHI and Hypospadias Foundation – a budding Non-profit organisation dedicated to children with genitor-urinary malformations such as hypospadias and disorders of sex development.

Dr. Manish Dubey is a Navi Mumbai based urologist and co-founder of MITR Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Deeply entrenched in private practice he has been at the forefront of providing modern Urological care to the evolving and fast growing community of Navi Mumbai over last decade meeting the unique challenges that this city provides in terms of demography.
His experiments with getting medical professionals working in cohesion and thus reducing the cost burden on healthcare have been well appreciated and emulated in medical fraternity. Establishing a unique joint working group of an adult and pediatric urologist led to starting of Hypospadias Foundation- a non-profit organisation dedicated to people with this genito-urinary malformation.
He is also an experienced Robotic Surgeon, specializing in advanced robotic-assisted urological procedures. He has a number of international publications in the field of urology to his credit apart from the scientific research papers presented on the national forum. He was awarded a position of one among top 5 urologist’s in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai region in year 2010 by India Today.

Dr. Nandita Dubey is a practicing Gynecologist and co-founder of MITR Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As a Gynecologist she has fully dedicated her practice to treating diseases in women exclusively by laparoscopy and endoscopy. This has given an impetus to the women healthcare in NaviMumbai and has set precedence in utilizing the latest technologies.
This has resulted in comfortable and effective outcomes of surgical procedures which were previously unheard of. She is also experienced in robotic and laparoscopic surgery, offering advanced minimally invasive surgical procedures with greater precision, smaller incisions, and faster recovery for patients. Her field work as invited surgical faculty in remote places of Maharashtra and some districts of Odisha and Kashmir has provided a rich experience in Indian women mind and ethos.
She has conducted educational programmes demonstrating endoscopic surgeries in workshop in Navi Mumbai and has presented her work in various local forums. Dr Nandita is a life member of American Association of Gynecology Laparoscopy (AAGL) , Indian Association of Gynaecology Laparoscopy(IAGL) apart from national Gynecology bodies in India.

Dr Amit Gharat is a noted Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist practicing in the area of Panvel & Navi Mumbai. Apart from busy gastroenterology practice, his keen interest in academics and technological aspects of endoscopy has taken him to various countries throughout Asia and Europe. He has implemented these in his own private practice and is very vociferous about it in national forums.
His training from TATA memorial hospital, Mumbai has given him impetus to work on collaborative projects assessing the treatment algorithms suitable in Indian scenario
